The Oakmont National Pub is a family owned and operated restaurant and pub. We are currently taking applications for wait staff for the 2010/2011 calendar years. Candidates should have 1 to 2 years of restaurant experience. We will take applications if you do not meet these criteria; however, we are seeking individuals with service experience. The perfect candidate will poses great oral and written communication skills. A firm understanding of customer service is a pre-requisite. A qualified candidate will be able to work in a fast paced, people centered environment where professionalism and demeanor are critical components to a successful server. Candidates should be able to work in an environment that is customer oriented, table service driven and professionally maintained.
We are looking for individuals that take the restaurant business, seriously. Must be able to handle large table sections while maintaining proper table maintenance and seamlessly work effectively with other employees. Must be a team player! We are not looking for order takers; however, we are seeking individuals who enjoy serving others and making money.
